Terms of Service

1. General
For all legal transactions with the customer, our “General Terms and Conditions” apply exclusively. By agreeing on an appointment by phone or by e-mail our General Terms and Conditions automatically come into force. These can only be changed by written individual agreements.

2. service
The service provider (Heart of Africa Wellness Studio) carries out its services to the best of our knowledge and the latest industry standards. If changes to the standard occur, the service provider will inform the customer before the start of the service

3. Late cancellations, late arrival
Appointments are given by the “Heart of Africa Wellness Studio” binding.
Appointments can be made by e-mail or telephone. Appointments via e-mail are only confirmed when Heart of Africa Wellness Studio has sent a confirmation e-mail. A delayed appearance on the agreed date may under certain circumstances also be deducted from the treatment time in the interest of the subsequent customers. For a reduction of the treatment desired by the customer during the appointment no price reductions can be granted. The full treatment price has to be paid according to the booking.
Appointments of individual treatments are, for whatever reason, at least 2 weeks prior to cancel. Dates of wellness packages (at least 100 min) are, for whatever reason, at least. 5 working days before cancel. In the case of late cancellation of an appointment, the following applies:
a) For unused services or late arrival
already made payments can not be refunded or charged.
b) Dates that we can not pass on are 100% in
Invoice.
c) In case of late arrival the full treatment time will be charged if the
Term of treatment due to a subsequent appointment on time

d) appointments for wellness packages (at least 100 min.), in the short term due to illness
are to be canceled by the customer with a medical certificate.

4. Gift vouchers and special offers
Vouchers are sent immediately after the order is placed – usually on the same working day. Vouchers are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer. The purchase contract for the voucher becomes effective upon delivery to the customer. Heart of Africa Wellnes Studio accepts no liability for e.g. late-issued vouchers and related damages. A voucher shipment is at your own risk. The costs for shipping and processing are € 2.90. A pick-up in the business premises is also possible. After receipt of the voucher, the customer is obliged to transfer the enclosed invoice within 8 days to the account specified by us. Heart of Africa Wellness Studio only redeems vouchers that are fully paid. If the voucher has not arrived within 5 working days after receiving a confirmation email, the customer must notify us immediately, but no later than 2 weeks after ordering. If the customer does not inform within 2 weeks after the voucher order, that the voucher has not arrived, we are not guaranteed a refund. Gift vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue. to redeem the voucher, an appointment must be made and the voucher must be brought to the appointment. Offers are valid only in the time limit and are to be performed during this time or are valid as long as they are in stock.

5. Personal data and privacy
The customer assures all personal data and information relevant for the professional treatment of the requested service to the studio and / or the service provider. These data are stored on the customer card indexes in written or electronic form.
The studio, or the service provider undertakes to use this data only for the purpose of the service to be provided, taking into account the privacy clause and not pass the data on to third parties or outsiders without the written consent of the customer.

6. Damage and theft
Heart of Africa Wellness Studio has the right to claim redress for any damage caused by the customer.
Shoplifting is reported.

7. Disclaimer – Treatments
The treatment / massage serves to relax, relax and activate the self-healing powers of the body. If the body is not used to it, it can sometimes lead to negative reactions such. B. slight soreness. As far as consequential damage occurs in spite of expert application, which can be attributed to the fact that a customer does not disclose grounds for exclusion, we are released from all liability. The same applies to damages caused by the fact that a reason for exclusion was not known to the customer and was not recognizable to us. Known complaints such as allergies, physical restrictions, pressure-sensitive skin, pregnancy or other conditions must be reported before treatment.

8. Consequences of Withdrawal
In the case of an effective cancellation, the mutually received benefits must be returned. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of your revocation or the voucher, for us with their receipt. Your right of revocation expires prematurely if the voucher was used with your express consent before the end of the revocation period or if you have arranged it yourself. For a timely revocation and its completion, we allow us according to valid jurisdiction 10% processing fee (of the coupon value including postage costs) to invoice.
